| Итак, наступил Четвёртый период, и мы снова выбираем "Главного модератора", напоминаю, выбирайте от себя, ваш выбор остаётся вашим - никто не осмелится его упрекать! Вот правила и условия данных ВЫБОРОВ "Главный модератор" - человек, который стоит выше всех "модераторов" вплане ответственности и обязанностей.
1. Количество функций больше чем у "модератора" (а следовательно и обязанностей)
2. "Главный модератор" - избирается на срок 3 месяца, общим опросом всех форумчан и пользователей сайта
3. "Главный модератор" - охватывает все разделы!
4. В основном функция "Главного модератора" - следить не только за темами, пользователями - но и за остальными модераторами!
5. "Главным модератором" - может стать только "модератор"! Голосование проходит среди всех "модераторов"*
6. "Главный модератор" - должен быть активным в общении и иметь возможность в отстутствии "администратора" принимать сам решение, касающееся непосредственно форума!
7. Решение об изменении статуса, включении и снятия статуса, остаётся за "администраторами"! Голосуем до 31 июля, включительно!
